Sherwood College, established in 1869, is one of India’s oldest and most prestigious co-educational residential schools. The school was initially known as the Diocesan Boys’ High School and was founded by Dr. Condon, H.S. Reid, and others under the patronage of the Rt. Rev. Robert Milman. The school was relocated to its current site on Ayarpatta Hill in 1897.
