1. Purpose and Support:
   • The ESOP provides a comprehensive package of support for exceptional students.
   • It includes a scholarship, mentorship, and access to a network facilitated by the ETH Foundation.

   • The scholarship is open to both Swiss and international students.
   • Applicants must have received an offer for an eligible Master’s course at ETH Zurich.
   • The application window typically opens from November 1 to November 30 each year.
3. Scholarship Amount and Duration:
   • The Excellence Scholarship/ESOP consists of a scholarship covering living and study expenses (CHF 12000 per semester equivalent to approx. 11,13,241 INR) and a tuition fee waiver.
   • ESOP is awarded for the regular duration of the Master’s program (three or four semesters). This also applies to the tuition fee waiver.
   • Only ETH Bachelor students may start the ESOP with a leave of absence.
